We are Three Arrows & a Quiver.
Three Arrows & a Quiver began over 15 years ago with a simple, heartfelt purpose—serving family and friends through weddings, florals, and events. What started as a word-of-mouth business grew into a genuine love for creating meaningful experiences and helping people celebrate some of the most important moments of their lives. Every event was rooted in care, connection, and the desire to make each day feel truly special and unforgettable.
About a year ago, with encouragement from my children, I took the step to make this passion official. The name “Three Arrows & a Quiver” is deeply personal, inspired by Psalm 127:4: “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born to one’s youth.” As a mother of three daughters, the “three arrows” represent them, while I am the “quiver”—holding, guiding, and supporting them. This business is not only built on creativity and service, but also on faith, family, and the moments that matter most.
Our Team
At Three Arrows & a Quiver, our team is built on creativity, care, and a shared passion for serving others in life’s most meaningful moments. Led by owner Marsha Carroll, our work blends thoughtful design with seamless coordination, bringing weddings, events, and florals together with intention and artistry across Colorado Springs and the Front Range.
Each team member functions in their own niche, as well as part of of larger event team. Madison, a graduate of Paul Mitchell Hair School, brings 7 years of experience as our in-house wedding hairstylist. Alex has found her place among the flowers, working to craft bouquets and floral designs. And Marsha wears multiple hats for the business! With decades of experience as wedding planner, event planner, and florist, she is the visionary behind Three Arrows & a Quiver!
Together, we collaborate behind the scenes and on-site to ensure every detail is handled with care, creating events that feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
